Who we are

Our purpose at Futures Housing Group is to create great places, great services and great tomorrows for our customers and team members.

Our vision is to create great places, great services and great tomorrow for our team members and the people who live in our homes.

What we do

Futures Housing Group provides around 10,000 homes for people in the East Midlands.

Although our main social purpose is to provide quality, affordable housing, we are diverse and also offer different types of homes for a growing range of customers.

We own a number of companies which help us deliver our vision.

  • Limehouse Developments Ltd is our commercial development company which helps us offer homes for private rent, outright sale and shared ownership.
  • Access Training is our further education provider which supports more than 1,100 learners and works with hundreds of employers to help people find the qualifications they need for the jobs they want. We co-own Access Training with another housing association.
