Paul Johnson
Director of Asset Investment / Ripley, Derbyshire

Paul joined Futures in 2005 and has risen through the ranks to become our Director of Asset Investment. He began his Futures career as an area project manager but has been supported through training, job opportunities and a university course in business management to become a senior member of the team.

Jonathan Hern
Asset Manager / Daventry, Northamptonshire

Jonathan joined the Futures family in 2008 and has taken full advantage of our investment in training. He has attended a number of in-house and external courses, including a NIBOSH health and safety qualification to ensure our people and customers are safe.

 

Anna Carroll
Independent Living Team Leader / Ripley, Derbyshire

Anna joined Futures in 2003 when the Group took over from Amber Valley Borough Council as the social housing provider for the area. She began life as a housing officer but through secondment opportunities, leadership training and university courses is now a team leader.
